Meet Dr. Mo Chehimi

Dr. Mo Chehimi graduated from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon in 2017 earning a Doctor of Chiropractic. He also earned a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University, specializing in biology and chemistry, and graduating with High Distinction. Dr. Mo uses a variety of techniques in his treatments, including manual chiropractic adjustments, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (Graston), shockwave therapy, and myofascial release.

Every treatment is carefully tailored to meet the individual needs of his patients. He is also knowledgeable about rehabilitative exercises and encourages his patients to be participants in their own recovery. Dr. Mo is a firm believer that there is always more to learn, so he regularly takes courses and dedicates hours to study and research in order to stay up to date with the most current knowledge and continue to provide optimum care to those who entrust him with their health.

Her journey with chiropractic began as a child, where early experiences with natural healing sparked a lifelong passion for health and wellness. That spark led her to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College West in 2024.

Today, Dr. Paula serves her community with the same dedication and heart that first inspired her. She specializes in the Gonstead Technique and advanced extremity adjusting. I decided to become a Massage Therapist because I love the hands-on approach to healing. I experienced first-hand the benefits of massage therapy being a former athlete with previous injuries. My primary skills include deep tissue release, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, swedish, relaxation, and cupping. My goals during your appointment are to reduce pain, increase personal mobility, provide stress relief, assist change in each patient’s health, and educate for home-care. I look forward to advancing my techniques and learning each day, along with meeting new people!

Jaspreet began her journey in healthcare by earning her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2011 from India. After moving to Canada, she completed the Fitness and Health Promotion program with honours and worked as a fitness instructor for two years. Since 2016, she has been practicing as a licensed physiotherapist in Canada.

She holds advanced certifications in several specialized areas of care, including Pelvic Health Physiotherapy (Level 3), Concussion and Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorder Rehabilitation. Jaspreet combines her expertise in manual therapy, evidence-based modalities, and individualized treatment planning to manage both acute and chronic pain effectively.

Her warm and empathetic approach, combined with her clinical expertise, ensures each patient receives the highest quality of care. Outside of her professional life, Jaspreet enjoys working out and spending quality time with her family.

We’re proud to have Denise as an owner of Elements Health aiming to bring a well-rounded approach to health through Physiotherapy. Denise is a graduate of the University of Alberta holding a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and has gone on to receive her Intermediate Manual Therapy Diploma as well as GUNN IMS certification.

Denise aims to craft care plans for each individual patient based on their own specific needs, and unlike other Physiotherapists, she strives to bring a one-on-one approach to care that’s not only genuine but effective.

The element I relate most to is water (emotion). With water traits, I am devoted wholeheartedly to this clinic and the extraordinary team we have gathered.
